Pre-Listing Consultation
Curb Appeal Sells Homes! Listing your home for sale is a very big deal. Make sure your landscape is polished, pretty and sends the right visual cues to buyers.
During a pre-listing consultation we review the property on-site and develop a to-do list to get you “camera ready”. This includes work on the front, back and side yards. Our goal is to provide you with a smart, cost effective plan designed for maximum “Curb Appeal” to impress every potential buyer.
Our on-site Consultation and written report are $200. If you book the work with us, we credit back the pre-listing consult fee. Contact us as soon as you have your target listing date so we can get you on the schedule.
Pre-Listing Tune Up
We execute the plan from the pre-listing consult with you and tune-up your landscape and outside visuals for the best possible showing before photos and listing takes place. Our “Tune Up” process is just as it says, we tune up what’s there so that it looks the best it can. Every home is different, and some tune ups are minor while others can take a more major effort, but throughout, our goal is still designed to be “less is more”. Again, think of this as a staging plan for the exterior of the home. We do all we can to make your landscape and photos for listing put your homes best foot forward.
These tune ups are generally done in 1-2 days, and we like to schedule them at least 2-3 weeks prior to listing photo’s and MLS listing.
We can also do the same type of work for existing homeowners who need a minor or major makeover to make the most of its “Curb Appeal” prior to the spring season or prior to an engagement party or other special event using the outdoors as more of the place to congregate rather than inside.
